Prosecution of the defendant, Genevieve Potman, on an information charging her on two counts with violating sec. 351.24, Stats.,
by wilfully and unlawfully concealing, (1) between June 28, 1947, and June 22, 1950, and (2) between December 13, 1948, and
June 22, 1950, issue of her body, which, if born alive, would be an illegitimate child, so that it could not be known whether
such issue was born alive or not or whether it was not murdered. On a trial by jury defendant was found guilty on each count,
and upon the verdict the court adJudged defendant guilty and imposed a sentence on each count. Defendant appealed. FRITZ, Chief Justice.
